About Department

The Department of Instrumental music was established in college in the year 1963 with Undergraduate course. It provide courses BA in Indian classical music in instrumental music. Postgraduate course in instrumental music is also running by the department which started from the year 1985. All Courses are designed as per UGC norm credit system. Course helps to provide higher skill to make the students as an artist in performing of music, Research availability and teaching skill also in progress. Students achieve awards in music competition which is very helpful to provide employment for students .The Department of Instrumental Music has made continuous progress by strengthening the academic curriculum with a wide range of courses, which attracts a large number of students population to shape up their career. .
